RETURNS

We guarantee that every product we sell will be free from defects. If you receive an item that does not meet this guarantee, we will issue you a full refund or provide a replacement.

It is the utmost responsibility of the customer to check the size chart before buying the product. Since most of our products come under the undergarments section, so due to hygiene-related issues products will not be returned, exchanged, and refunded if you select the wrong size. If you have selected the correct size but we mistakenly send the wrong size product, we will as per your order exchange or refund the product.

If you want to return a product that is not defective must be contacted us within 5 days and we will credit your account minus a 15% restocking fee.

Note: Non defective Undergarments are not returnable 
Once the customer has received the product, it is an obligation on the part of the customer to make an opening video and to check whether he/she has received the right product and in good condition. If found any damage or received a wrong product the following steps should be taken.
  • There should be a valid reason for return and necessary proof for the same should be given to us through a video.
  • Within 5 days after the product has been reached to the customer, the return should be communicated to us.
  • The product to be returned should be in good condition and also unused.
  • The product should be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products which are under sale cannot be returned. Undergarments are not returnable.

NOTE: After the expiry of 5 days we will not be accepting any returns. It is the utmost duty of the customer to place a return within a period of 5 days after receiving the product.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will through an email notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify whether it has been approved or rejected after validation of the product.

If your return has been approved then we will process it and also the amount will be automatically credited to your respective bank account or you may be asked to provide your UPI Id within a certain number of days.

If your return is rejected you will not be eligible for a refund.

NO REFUND ON SALE ITEMS

Items that are on sale will not be refunded provided the product is defective.

EXTRA CHARGES

For refund of non-defective products, you will be refunded the full amount less 15% as a restocking fee.

TIME OF EXCHANGE

The time for reaching an exchanged item may vary depending on your location and city. It also varies according to the availability of the products.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

A Money-back guarantee is only applicable when the customer receives a damaged product. The customer shall provide us the opening video as proof. Money-back is not applicable in the case where the customer does not like the product or does not understand how to use the product. Money-back is also not applicable on items that are under sale.
